Support in the development of technical software includes activities to determine customer requirements and implement of the IT solution. Formulation of needs (SoW Statement of Work), carrying out problem studies, gaining information (questionnaire), defining requirements, analyzing, and evaluating to describe scenarios (UC’s Use Cases), with the aim of creating the specification (requirements). Project conclusion with user tests (UAT User Acceptance Test).
